Stephen Griffin manages the Retail Distribution Strategy / Sales and Staffing Analytics Group. He began his banking career immediately after college in 1992 and has 22 years of retail banking experience. Stephen has worked in various roles including, retail sales, retail branch management, retail branch operations, sales incentive management, data management, sales analytics and reporting management, along with his current role of managing retail distribution strategy, sales analytics, goal setting and segmentation, and the branch staffing model.

Stephen is a 1992 graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in Corporate Finance as well as a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia in 2004. He is currently in the process of being Green Belt Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Professional.
