Prior to being named CMO of Umpqua Bank in 2017, Jeff served as the organization’s head of marketing strategy, supporting the organization’s growth from a $9 billion community bank to a $25 billion consumer and commercial financial services company. Previously, Jeff held various executive brand, product and marketing strategy positions at Regence BlueCross BlueShield, as well as BlueShield of California.
