Sam has worked with many of the top 100 fintech companies, all of the top 4 core providers and 3 of the top 5 providers in each of the digital, lending, and payments markets.

Prior to Cornerstone, Kilmer’s experience includes leadership in strategy, analytics, digital delivery, and marketing at two tech firms and two midsize banks, most recently leading strategy and partnerships for one of the industry’s top providers of origination, lending, and core systems.

Tom Hill

Tom Hill is a Director in Strategy & Execution Solutions. In his role, Tom works closely with clients in process improvement, benchmarking and loan origination system selections.

Tom is an experienced operations leader who is dedicated to continuous learning, mentoring and promoting continuous improvement. He spent the last 13 years at Umpqua Bank / Sterling Bank as the Small Business Lending Manager, then Lending Support Director in Commercial, Small Business and Consumer Lending and lastly as Continuous Improvement Director. Before landing in the banking industry, Tom was a Supply Chain Leader and Continuous Improvement Manager at Honeywell Semiconductors Materials.

Tom has a BS in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University, Bozeman MT, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Expert.
