Isio joined BAI in 2020 as Head of Client Engagement for BAI Research. He is responsible all client facing interactions including client success, subject matter expertise and business development, focusing on the top 150+ U.S. financial services organizations. Prior to joining BAI, Isio led multiple teams and business units at Equifax, Citi, Capital One and a startup Fintech provider. He received an M.B.A from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Business Operations Management from Devry Institute of Technology.
