In times of economic uncertainty, it is important for financial services organizations to have strong risk management and compliance programs in place to protect the organization and serve the needs of their customers. To do this, the board of directors needs to understand what their responsibilities are and provide guidance to help organizations understand their risk strategies and what type of training will be needed to execute the strategy.
In this webinar, Heidi Wier, Managing Director of Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit and Fair Lending at CrossCheck Compliance, will highlight how compliance professionals can develop effective, transparent communication between management and the board to improve the decision-making process and board effectiveness.
