When it comes to compliance training programs, most financial services organizations focus on course completions to determine the success of the program, but that is the bare minimum. For many regulators, the goal of a compliance training program should be ensuring employees have the tools, knowledge, and skillset to succeed and ultimately build a culture of compliance.

To achieve these goals, organizations need to establish key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the success of their training programs. KPIs should be set up to measure how quickly and easily employees complete their training along with how they utilize their training during their daily activities to mitigate incidents and achieve better performance.

In this webinar, we will discuss the core KPIs that financial institutions should measure during training and after training to ensure their programs are effective.

Key discussion topics include:

  • Setting and monitoring training KPIs including completions, attempts, and average scores
  • Setting and monitoring post-training KPIs including number of incidents, response times, application review/approval times, etc.
  • Strategies to identify positive results and replicate them for current and future training
  • Strategies to identify areas of opportunity and understand what needs to change to turn them into strengths
