She's served on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board, was invited to spend time with the OCC in New York to demonstrate the innovative ACH Alert fraud prevention tools and was engaged by the State of Tennessee Bank Commissioner to provide ACH training for the State of Tennessee Bank Examiners.
