Senior Vice President, HR Operations, Technology and Compliance
Catherine Garrett joined Comerica Bank in July of 2006 as the Director of Administrative Management Services. In her current role as SVP of HR Operations, Technology and Compliance she oversees a variety of HR activities including HRIS Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, Relocation, Budgeting, Records Management and HR Compliance and Risk. The focus of Mrs. Garrett’s current position is to drive strategic performance through the implementation of technology and process that benefit the end users.
Prior to that she was with Handleman Company as the AVP/HR Services. Handleman Company, was the largest supplier and merchandiser of music product to North America’s leading mass merchandisers. In this role, Mrs. Garrett worked extensively with the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative in the development of Handleman Company’s strategy focused organization. She had also served as Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Handleman Company, Mrs. Garrett worked in the manufacturing industry where she held positions both in the plant environment and the corporate offices of Letica Corporation.

Dannielle Brown joined M&T Bank in 2012. In her current role as Head of Employee Experience, she is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies that align with company's long-term strategic imperatives and enhance the employee experience to drive bankwide culture, engagement, productivity and retention. Her responsibilities include Future of Work/Pandemic response, employee engagement and surveying, HR communications, recognition, volunteerism, and other bankwide projects. Her work includes influencing Sr Management to focus consideration/decisioning on employee impact.
Prior to her roles in HR, she spent time working in the Commercial Marketing department at the bank and in the Internal Communications Dept and Sales Department at American Greetings.

Holly is responsible for leading BAI’s strategic marketing planning and execution for the BAI brand, lines of business and membership. Holly joined BAI in 2014 with over 20 years of marketing experience in multiple industries, helping organizations build their brand and achieve financial success.
