Ian Foley is an investor and serial entrepreneur with 20 years in Silicon Valley. After venture capital investing at Telecom Italia and SRI International, he founded or lead sales in three startups in big data and machine learning that resulted in 2x M&A and 1x IPO. Currently, he is CEO of acuteIQ, a FinTech startup that uses machine learning to help banks predict businesses with loan intent.

Chris is a successful serial entrepreneur and currently is the Founder and CEO of Akouba, a cloud based technology lending platform for regulated financial institutions. Chris has overall responsibility for the vision, growth and strategy of Akouba. Furthermore, Chris maintains Akouba's relationships with organizations such as FIS, D+H, Bank Director, the ABA and government agencies including the CFPB.

Prior to Akouba, Chris was educated at the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he graduated with a BS in logistics and was commissioned in the United States Navy Reserve. After a number of years working in the oil and gas industry, Chris founded an asset management company, Full Ahead Ventures where he worked with companies to develop their ideas, build products, raise capital for growth and advise through a successful M&A process.

Scott Robinson

Scott Robinson is the founder and VP of Plug and Play FinTech, the financial technology focused startup innovation platform in partnership with BNP Paribas, Banco do Brasil, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, TD Bank, Cathay Financial, USAA, Mitsubishi, Capital One, Sumitomo, Intuit and many more global financial institutions. Since the launch of the program in February 2015, Scott and his team have accelerated over 130 FinTech startups and has led over 30 investments into the domain. Additionally, Scott leads FinTech activity globally with satellites in Paris (with BNP Paribas) and Tokyo (with MUFJ). Scott has worked with Plug and Play, a global startup accelerator headquartered in Silicon Valley, for the past four years managing a number of FinTech, Blockchain, Cybersecurity and Bitcoin-related initiatives.

Additionally, Scott is the founder of Plug and Play Bitcoin, the co-organizer of the world's oldest Bitcoin Meetup and founder of the first nationally syndicated Bitcoin Job Fair and technical editor of Blockchain for Dummies, a Wiley publication. Prior to joining Plug and Play, Scott worked in various roles with a number of early stage startups where he led fundraising, product development and marketing activities.

Scott graduated from UCLA in 2008, where he received his B.A. in History.
