In the position of Director of Technical Sales, François and his team work closely with customers to help document the technical, business and legal requirements of a solution, identify and prioritize target applications, and map out a strategic enterprise e-signature plan. François has worn several hats since he joined OneSpan, including director of professional services, director of solutions architecture and director of solutions marketing. François graduated from Concordia University in Computer Engineering.
