Mike Vilimek leads the product marketing team for the HR product line at ServiceNow. He is responsible for global positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for ServiceNow’s integrated HR Service Delivery suite of applications. Mike believes in making the workplace a more modern and productive place through the use of the latest cloud technologies. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he was the Director, Global Go-to-Market for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Jason Furer

Jason M. Furer is a Customer Care Center Site Manager for PNC Financial Services Group. Jason focuses on leading his employees towards achieving a World Class Customer Experience. Jason has over 20 years in the financial service industry. Most recently as a Site Manager leading successful teams of over 1,000 FTE with a multitude of skill sets: Consumer & Business Service/Sales, Escalated Services & Money Management, Loan Servicing, Digital & Social Media, Vested Interest, Private Client, and other various centralized support teams. Jason has held past leadership roles in the Branch Banking, Risk Management, and Business Banking areas of PNC. While serving in his role, he has been honored as the recipient of the Gallup® Great Workplace Award.

Jason earned his Master of Business Administration in Business Administration Management from Waynesburg University and he also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Management from Washington & Jefferson College. Jason is a graduate of The Graduate School of Retail Banking and has been on the faculty for five years.

Jason and his wife Gayle, are from the Freeport area - just outside Downtown Pittsburgh. They have three teen-aged boys who keep them busy. Jason enjoys coaching, watching, and cheering them on as they participate in various sporting events.

As a proud member of his community, Jason acts as The President of the Freeport Basketball Boosters and serves as a Trustee for The Freeport United Methodist Church. Representing PNC, Jason serves on The Diversity & Inclusion Council, and leads The March of Dimes, Heart Association, and Leadership Pittsburgh.
