RECORDED: September 9, 2021
TIME: 1:00 - 2:00 PM CT

So often our compliance focus is on what is in the rearview mirror; but in order to fully understand your compliance risk profile, you also need to keep an eye toward what’s on the horizon. In this session, we’ll take a look at current trends in regulatory compliance and pending rules and break down what we might expect from the new(er) administration.

It’s not just pending regulations or notices of proposed rulemaking that determine the regulatory landscape for the next couple of years. Enforcement actions, agendas of the regulators, and of course, the COVID (post-COVID, we hope) environment all play a big part in determining where your compliance time and money resources should be spent.

Join us for this complimentary BAI webinar to peek into the compliance crystal ball.

Gain insights to answer the following questions:

  • What are the compliance issues making headlines?
  • What have the regulatory agencies already indicated will be a focus for them?
  • What are pending or potential regulatory changes we should be thinking about now?
  • How has COVID impacted service delivery and what are the longer-term compliance implications?
