Spring of 2020 will go down as one of the most unpredictable and disruptive periods of time in banking history. Deposits executives have been struck by recent market events perhaps harder than most. So, what do you do? What steps should you be preparing for now? What are your industry peers doing? And most importantly when markets stabilize what should you focus on now for near-term growth?

With conferences postponed or canceled, connecting with peers outside of physical forums has rarely been more challenging or more necessary. Join us for a virtual panel of deposit executives from across the industry to discuss key questions like:

  • What are you seeing with your flow of deposits for liquid and term products?
  • What do you expect deposits will do for the remainder of 2020?
  • How are you thinking about rate beta and your market movements?
  • How is your bank driving efficiency and cost-reductions given NIM compression?
  • What should banks be doing to set themselves up for success in the next rising rate environment?

Key Takeaways:

  • Change is difficult for everyone. Hear what others in the deposit space are seeing in the market and their institutions.
  • Predictions and suggestions on what’s to come in the second half of 2020.
  • What deposit leaders should be focused on to push through the remainder of the year and get back to growing.
